OOC or Obsessive Otaku Cosplay are a group of cosplayers that enjoy going to cons, messing with other con members, and doing small events outside of the con to make the con experience more memorable and fun. Our events are always getting people active, and most will have a reward. We are always looking for new members to join in and have some fun with us.
